Born and raised in Machala, Ecuador, Mayra Zambrano is an Account Manager with a strong background in law and insurance. She earned her Law degree from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo (UEES), where she also became a certified mediator. Her experience in conflict resolution and negotiation adds depth to her role, allowing her to effectively support clients and navigate complex situations with clarity and care.

Mayra’s work in the insurance industry is grounded in rigorous training and a comprehensive understanding of systems, processes, and best practices. She is passionate about using her skills to provide meaningful solutions that protect clients' interests and make a positive difference in their lives.

Outside the office, Mayra is a committed animal advocate, dedicating her time to rescuing and caring for stray animals and helping them find loving homes. She enjoys quiet weekends with her family and pets, and expresses her creativity through hand embroidery, a personal passion that brings her joy and inspiration.
